NBI: Vanex Pawnshop heist suspects pursued!

Pagadian City- The National Bureau of Investigation this city is now investigating the recent pawnshop robbery wherein 1-million worth of jewelries pawned were carted away by masked suspects who entered the establishment thru a man made hole beneath the floor of the said pawnshop.

In a follow-up , P/CI Michael Palermo, the city COP said that, after their investigation with the Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) the NBI is now task to further the investigation and in hot pursuit of the suspects.

The Vanex Pawnshop in Pulmones street, Barangay Sta. Lucia was ransacked by unidentified masked men and carted away pawned items like jewelries amounting to more or less 1-million pesos by entering a man- made hole beneath the floor passing from a nearby drainage.

The SOCO and the local PNP in their initial investigation reports that when the teller of the said pawnshop opened it the following morning it was already open and in disarray, the teller immediately called assistance from the police, as the police investigated the report they found a hole beneath floor that passes thru a drainage and confirms that this might be the entrance of the robbers during the night.

Police further report that the robbers left in the crime scenes, two pairs of gloves, two masks, and blue-colored pack bag.As of this writing, P/CI Palermo in a text message said the NBI had come to help solve the crime.
